2 · The activation

The first room, on paper.

One co-produced flagship moment. A concrete starting point — not the only path. If any of this feels wrong, that's what Co-design is for.

The proposal

Aunties × She & HER: the soft launch.

A co-produced flagship event
Target · Summer / early fall 2026

A single, intentional room — the first time She & HER exists in physical space. Queer Aunties leads the experiential curation; She & HER handles platform integration, content capture, and press. Same audience you already move. Same feeling you already build. Now with a digital home attached to it.

This isn't a pop-up booth at your event. It's one event, co-branded, co-designed, where the She & HER soft launch is an Aunties room.

How we know it worked

Success metrics.

1

2k+
Founding cohort sign-ups
3
Press placements, tier-1

Numbers are starting targets. Real success is the community saying "that felt like home" — and the press picking up on why.
